Do you ever question things? Not just the big things but even the small. I’m talking questioning some things you do everyday.
Like why do I get up at this time every morning? Is it because I have to, is it because I want to, is there a better time to make my day better? Why do I eat this for breakfast? Is it convenient, is it healthy, do I just not eat breakfast at all?
Questioning your choices everyday could lead to a better day. Maybe you find out that doing the exact same thing everyday makes you miserable. Or maybe you will find some time in your day you didn’t know you had. Or maybe you will just find new ways to make yourself happy.
Have you questioned anything today? Has it caused you to make a change?
So I have decided that it’s time that I actually do something with my blog and make some kind of commitment to it. I need to actually post, and share things I’ve learned and knowledge, and learn more.
So I have made a commitment that I will write a blog post everyday. Now don’t worry they won’t all suck, because I won’t necessarily post them all. Learning is sometimes hard. Whether it’s life lessons or learning in class. Unfortunately when things get hard we get stressed and we stop caring and things get worse. Finding a balance between the stress that motivates and the stress that destroys can be hard.
Sometimes being ridiculous and doing something silly is enough to get us out of our funk. Sometimes helping others will get us there. Often times those don’t seem enough. Not being able to learn a lesson or learn a skill feels like failure.
Maybe to realize what your strengths are can help you build your confidence. Or at least give you an idea of how to change the way you’re learning so you actually can learn. I guess that’s my food for thought for the day. Hoping I can follow my own advice and not give up just yet.
Do you ever feel like everyday of your life is scheduled? Yeah me too. Today I realized you can’t live on a schedule like that. You can’t plan everything! If you plan everything when something comes along and changes it you don’t know what to do so you melt down.
That’s exactly what happened today. Something threw me off track and I lost it. I was even thinking to myself why couldn’t I have lost it after work, or tomorrow? Well duh cause you can’t plan everything!
If you could you’d always put off the bad stuff and never learn your lesson. Today’s challenge is to stop making schedules that don’t exist! Yeah you have to go to work to make money but after work you don’t have to eat dinner at the same exact time or take your shower at the same exact time!
Do something different. Something you “don’t have time for.” Stop being an “adult” and be you! Imagine how liberated you will feel!
So I’ve decided to log out of facebook on my phone. I don’t know how long its going to last but I feel like I could be so much more productive with out that site!
I mean ill still go on here and there from my laptop but I would save my phone battery and id actually have time to do stuff in my life! I could be doing 15 other things right now instead of playing on my phone.
Hopefully this is a life changing experience and I never look back. Cross your fingers for me. Anyone want to join in on the challenge?
