Learning is sometimes hard. Whether it’s life lessons or learning in class. Unfortunately when things get hard we get stressed and we stop caring and things get worse. Finding a balance between the stress that motivates and the stress that destroys can be hard.
Sometimes being ridiculous and doing something silly is enough to get us out of our funk. Sometimes helping others will get us there. Often times those don’t seem enough. Not being able to learn a lesson or learn a skill feels like failure.
Maybe to realize what your strengths are can help you build your confidence. Or at least give you an idea of how to change the way you’re learning so you actually can learn. I guess that’s my food for thought for the day. Hoping I can follow my own advice and not give up just yet.
